Shashi’s teaching focus has been applying yoga to help people manage their stress, anxiety, and depression and lead a happy & healthy life. Having worked with the corporate sector for many years has helped him understand the pressures of everyday corporate life.  

His coaching methods are driven from deep understanding and practice of yoga psychology, yoga philosophy and yoga sutras.

He engages with corporate through his employee engagement wellness programme and workshops that focuses on holistic approach: Breathwork and Meditation, Stress and Lifestyle Management, Mindful Meditation, Work Life Balance. These programs mainly help working professionals to manage physical and mental health challenges. As most of the diseases are psychosomatic i.e., involving both mind and body.

 

He also works with youth in drug awareness programs and positive influence of yoga on drug abuse.
